PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feedstuff capable of delaying fading of reddish color in the dark meat muscle and normal muscle of the processed farmed fish raised therewith.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a feedstuff containing a given amount of citrus fruit and chili pepper, which can delay fading of reddish color in the dark meat muscle and normal muscle of the processed fish raised with the feedstuff. The invention also relates to a method for delaying reddish color fading of the processed dark meat muscle and normal muscle by feeding fish with a certain amount of citrus fruit and chili pepper. |
