<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-like connector capable of reducing thickness of a partition wall mounting structure in a thickness direction of a partition wall and reducing a height of the partition wall mounting structure, and the partition wall mounting structure in which the plate-like connector is mounted on the partition wall.SOLUTION: A plate-like connector 2 is used for electrically interconnecting the inside and the outside of a hermetic chamber C divided by a partition wall 40. The plate-like connector 2 comprises: a plate-like substrate 10 disposed within an opening 41 of the partition wall 40; and an electric connection part 14 electrically connecting an inner surface 10a of the substrate 10 which is positioned toward the inside of the hermetic chamber C and an outer surface 10b at a side opposite to the inner surface 10a. Along all the circumference of a sidewall surface 10c of the substrate 10, a soldering layer 17 is provided which is soldered onto an inner wall of the opening 41. A partition wall mounting structure 1 is formed by disposing the substrate 10 of the plate-like connector 2 within the opening 41 of the partition wall 40 and soldering the soldering layer 17 onto the inner wall of the opening 41.</p> |
