摘要 This blood flow image diagnosis device is configured from: a laser light irradiation system which irradiates an observation region of a living organism tissue having blood cells with laser light; a light receiving unit which is composed of a plurality of pixels and detects reflected light from the observation region of the living organism tissue; an image capturing unit which continuously captures a plurality of images on the basis of a signal from the light receiving unit; an image storage unit which stores the plurality of images; a calculation unit which calculates a blood flow velocity in the living organism tissue from the temporal change of output signals of the corresponding pixels of the stored plurality of images; and a display unit which displays, as a blood flow map, the two-dimensional distribution of the result of the calculation. The calculation unit is provided with a pigment concentration correction unit for making a correction corresponding to the pigment concentration of the observation region to the blood flow map obtained by the calculation.
