The present invention relates to deep PBD construction equipment and a deep PBD construction method (DDP technique). The deep PBD construction equipment according to the present invention is PBD construction equipment for weak foundation stabilization that is provided with a vertical leader which is moved by a traveling unit and includes a mandrel pipe which is moved vertically by a driving unit. The PBD construction equipment is provided with a sleeve pipe that surrounds the mandrel pipe. A sleeve pipe holder is provided at an upper end of the sleeve pipe. A moving frame is provided in an upper portion of the sleeve pipe holder. The moving frame and the sleeve pipe holder lock or unlock the mandrel pipe. The driving unit includes a first driving unit and a second driving unit. The sleeve pipe holder is moved by the first driving unit, and the moving frame is moved by the second driving unit. The moving frame and the sleeve pipe holder are moved vertically in a longitudinal direction of the vertical leader.
