The present invention relates to a passive equalizer and a system for transmitting a high speed digital signal using the same. The passive equalizer includes first and second impedances connected to a first transmission cable route in series; third and fourth impedances connected to a second transmission cable route in series; a first inductor connected between the first and second impedances in parallel; a second inductor connected between the third and fourth impedances in parallel; and a resistance connected between the first and second inductors in series.
