The disclosed apparatus for producing the IC-chip shield includes a tape supply unit which supplies an insulation tape to be attached to a lead or a frame and a tape attachment operating unit which cuts and grips the insulation tape provided from the tape supply unit to correspond to an attachment part and attaches the insulation tap which is cut and gripped to the lead or the frame.</p>
