<p>The present invention relates to a DO3A-diaminobiphenyl compound and a gadolinium complex comprising the DO3A-diaminobiphenyl compound as a ligand, and, more specifically, to a DO3A-diaminobiphenyl compound, a gadolinium complex comprising the DO3A-diaminobiphenyl compound as a ligand, an MRI contrast agent comprising the gadolinium complex, and a preparing method thereof. According to the present invention, the compound formed by a DO3A structure and a biphenyl structure, which are combined together, forms the gadolinium complex together with gadolinium so as to show an effect of contrast enhancement and blood pool enhancement.</p> |
