PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeding device and an image formation device capable of stably separating and feeding a sheet without elongating length of an attraction member.SOLUTION: One end of a flexible attraction member 29 is fixed to a holding member 24 that is disposed above storage means for storing a sheet and rotates in a sheet feeding direction. Stiffness of a second area 29b of the attraction member 29 is made to be lower than stiffness of a first area 29a of the attraction member 29 that attracts the sheet by attraction force due to static electricity by being in surface contact with the sheet stored in the storage means when the holding member 24 rotates.
