PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assemblability and sealability in a rotary electric machine having a cooling structure.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine 1A includes: a stator 10 composed of multiple core units 20; a rotor 12 disposed at the inner side of the stator 10; and a case 16 which houses the stator 10 and the rotor 12 and rotatably supports the rotor 12. Each core unit 20 includes: a split core 22; a bobbin 23 attached to the split core 22; and a coil 24 wound around the split core 22 from the outer side. The bobbin 23 includes a connection part 42 (a first connection part) which connects the bobbins 23 of the adjacent core units 20 in a circumferential direction. The adjacent bobbins 23 are connected by the connection part 42. The connection causes the bobbins 23 of the respective core units 20 to collaborate with each other to form a division wall W1 that divides the interior of the case 16 into a stator chamber Sr and a rotor chamber Rr. The case 16 includes a liquid introduction part 2 and a liquid lead-out part 3 for supplying/discharging a coolant to/from the stator chamber Sr. |
