PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output information associated with operation of equipment according to the operation state of the equipment.SOLUTION: An equipment management device includes: an electric power information acquisition part for acquiring information on electric power consumption for each of a plurality of pieces of electric equipment, which is operated by supply of electric power; a change acquisition part for acquiring change data showing a change in power consumption of the electric equipment with the lapse of time from the acquired information on the electric power consumption; an operation information acquisition part for acquiring operation information including the number of pieces of operating equipment indicative of the number of pieces of electric equipment whose operation periods overlap wich each other and a frequency at which operation periods overlap with each other from features of the change in electric power consumption that the acquired change data show; a comparison part for comparing the frequency of the acquired operation information with a threshold related to a frequency predetermined according to the number of pieces of operating equipment of the operation information; and an output control part for making an output part output information corresponding to a comparison result of the comparison part, which is the information related to the operation of the electric equipment. |
