PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal device for roof type paper container which removes a content liquid and accretion of bubbles of the content liquid from a heat seal surface, prevents adhesion and secures sealability and seal tightness in sealing the top part of a paper container by heating sealing after charging the content liquid to the paper container.SOLUTION: A seal device is for sealing the top part of a roof type paper container, has a vertical upright posture with the container bottom on the lower side and the container opening on the upper side. A content liquid, i.e. a drink, is packed from the opening in the top part of the container to a level of the upper part of the container, and the device is provided with sealing means of heating a sealed part of the inner surface of the container top part to soften or melt a thermoplastic resin layer and press-adhering and ultrasonic vibration means which is arranged immediately before press adhesion by the sealing means and applies ultrasonic vibration to the sealed part of the inner surface of the container top part. |
