摘要

A vehicle body structure includes a floor fabricated of resin, a pillar fabricated of resin, and a connecting member. The floor is disposed at a vehicle body lower side. The pillar is disposed so as to extend in a vehicle body up-and-down direction at a vehicle width direction outer side of the floor. The connecting member connects the pillar with the floor, and is constituted of a material with higher ductility than the pillar and the floor. Thus, a withstand load strength of a joining portion between the pillar and the floor is assured.

1. A vehicle body structure comprising:
a floor fabricated of resin that is disposed at a vehicle body lower side; a pillar fabricated of resin that is disposed so as to extend in a vehicle body up-and-down direction at a vehicle width direction outer side of the floor; a connecting member that connects the pillar with the floor, the connecting member being constituted of a material with higher ductility than the pillar and the floor; and a tension member that is provided in a tensioned state between the pillar and the floor at a vehicle width direction outer side of the connecting member.
