The invention relates to the field of the pharmaceutical industry and food industry and concerns a formula for restoring normal sleep as well as biological rhythms in humans and/or relieving conditions associated with the use of alcohol and/or narcotic substances, the formula comprising melatonin, glycine, gamma-aminobutyric acid, tryptophan, or derivatives thereof, and, optionally, additional ingredients. The formula can be used as a pharmaceutical preparation, a food supplement, and can also be comprised in functionalised food and drink products. The formula broadens the effects of products with the specified purpose, demonstrates high effectiveness, is not addictive, does not affect the ratio of slow phase and fast phase sleep, and is harmless in the event of an overdose. |
