A reliability judgment method for monitoring transferring actions by an operator in a digitization main control room of nuclear power plant comprises the steps of: decomposing the process of the monitoring motions by the operator, for a plurality of human-machine interfaces in the digitization main control room of nuclear power plant, into a plurality of monitoring actions; respectively judging the time windows of the plurality of the monitoring actions; dividing the monitoring transferring actions routes and nodes of the operator according to the time windows of the plurality of the monitoring actions; judging the monitoring transferring actions states according to the monitoring transferring actions routes and nodes of the operator; building a quantitative analysis model for the monitoring transferring actions reliability according to the monitoring transferring actions states; calculating and obtaining the monitoring transferring actions failure probability or the monitoring transferring actions success probability through the quantitative analysis model for the monitoring transferring actions reliability; judging whether the monitoring transferring actions by the operator in the digitization main control room of nuclear power plant is reliable or not according to the monitoring transferring actions failure probability or the monitoring transferring actions success probability.
