<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange a chip in a short time, in a scribe device.SOLUTION: A chip 14 is freely rotatably attached to a chip holder 10. The chip holder 10 is made into a cylindrical shape and an attaching part 16 is provided on a distal end thereof. By providing a holder joint with an opening and attracting and attaching the chip holder 10 by a magnet, attachment and detachment are facilitated. Also, on a surface of the chip holder 10, offset data of the chip is recorded as a two-dimensional code 17. When exchanging the chip holder, by reading the offset data and inputting it to a scribe device, an offset is canceled. In such a manner, operations needed in association with correction when attaching and detaching the chip holder are omitted, and the chip can be exchanged during a short device stop.</p> |
