<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing instrument capable of operating a lead material at a position of finger tips to write without passing the writing instrument from one hand to the other hand, when extracting a tip end of the lead material to outside of a ball point pen body for writing, or when storing the tip end of the lead in the ball point pen body after completion of writing.SOLUTION: A lead operation part is installed in the vicinity of a front finger tip of a ball point pen for enabling operation of extrusion of a lead of the ball point pen or operation of storing the lead by fingers during writing. A lead material operation projection 15 is provided on a position where it is gripped by fingers for writing with the ball point pen. When writing, a straight angle part of the operation projection 15 is pushed downward for extracting the lead material and writing, and when completing writing, the operation projection 15 is pushed down in a direction of an outer cylinder 2, for storing the lead material in the ball point pen body.</p> |
