Shower Mounted Tablet Computer Holding Device

Described is a tablet computer holding device that securely holds a portable electronic device, such as a tablet computer, in a desired position on a vertical support surface, particularly while the user is in a shower or bath tub. The device includes an elongated base having a channel extending therealong, and having a hook that is used to suspend the elongated base in a vertical orientation on a shower fixture, such as a shower head, or other similar object. One or more shelves can be positioned on the elongated base in any desired position. Further, a tablet holding assembly can be secured in a desired position on the elongated base and includes several adjustable arms that are used to securely hold the sides of a tablet computer. Additionally, the tablet computer holding assembly is mounted on a joint so that the tablet can be tilted into a desired viewing position.
