摘要 The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for uplink fractional power control based on interference. The method comprises: sending a measurement configuration message to a UE served by a serving base station, the measurement configuration message being used for instructing the UE to measure a reference signal received power (RSRP) of the serving base station and an RSRP of a neighboring base station; receiving a downlink transmit power and an expected IoT operation point of the neighboring base station from the neighboring base station; receiving the RSRP value measured by the UE, of the serving base station and the RSRP value measured by the UE, of the neighboring base station; estimating a path loss between the serving base station and the neighboring base station according to the downlink transmit powers and the RSRP values of the serving base station and the neighboring base station, and selecting a neighboring base station with a smallest path loss as a strongest neighboring base station; determining interference of the UE to the strongest neighboring base station according to the estimated path loss and a specific transmit power of a serving cell for uplink transmission of the UE; and determining a specific transmit power offset of the UE for the uplink transmission of the UE according to the determined interference and the expected IoT operation point of the strongest neighboring base station.
