This remote operation system (100) is provided with a controller (30) which controls an electric device (11), a server (50), and an operation terminal (60). The operation terminal (60) displays information for operating the electric device (11), receives operations inputted by a user (U2), and transmits the content of the received operations to the server (50). Further, the operation terminal (60) receives a state signal indicating the state of the electric device (11) from the server (50) and displays the state of the electric device (11) to the user (U2). The server (50) transmits the operation content to the controller (30), and transmits the state signal from the controller (30) to the operation terminal (60). The controller (30) controls the electric device (11) on the basis of the transmitted operation content. Further, the controller (30) acquires the state of the electric device (11), generates a state signal, and transmits this to the server (50). |
