The present invention is a method for producing a camera module (10) provided with a laminate (110) resulting from integrating flexible sheets (111a-111f), and an image sensor IC (22) and a lens (23) are disposed at the laminate (110) with an optical path, which is formed at the laminate (10), therebetween. The production method is provided with a first and second step. In the first step, the flexible sheets (111a-111f) are laminated and integrated, thus forming the laminate (110). In the second step, a through-hole (21) is provided to flexible substrate layers (11d-11f) configuring a portion of the laminate (110), thus forming an optical path comprising the through hole (21).
