摘要 |
A dielectric layer (6) composed mainly of a barium-titanate-based compound having a perovskite-type crystal structure, and an internal electrode layer (2) having electrode defects (7) are alternately laminated. The internal electrode layer (2) is formed with a thickness of 0.6 μm or less. Electrode defects containing Al-Si-based oxides containing mainly Al and Si are present in the electrode defects (7). The number of electrode defects containing the Al-Si-based oxides is 30% or more in terms of the percentage of the number of such defects against the total number of electrode defects in the internal electrode layer (2). This enables a laminated ceramic capacitor capable of securing excellent reliability to be realized even when the dielectric layer or the internal electrode layer is thinned and multi-layered and is continuously subjected to a strong electrical field in a hot and humid atmosphere for a long time. |
