In order to simplify and facilitate tasks pertaining to orders from customers, and to improve customer satisfaction, the present invention is provided with a main system and a shop system, the shop system comprising a shop terminal, a kitchen terminal, and terminals having various functions. In the shop system, direct orders are transmitted to/received by terminals possessed by the shop system from terminals not possessed by the shop. A customer can, without directly visiting the shop, provide a product to another customer visiting the shop. Payment is possible using a variety of means of payment. |
