A closure for the dosed supply of liquid contains a fitting body with the devices for fixing on the bottle, air tube oriented longwise the fitting body axis, the pour element, positioned in the fitting body, the monitor chamber created between the pour element and the air tube; therewith the device additionally contains a decorating collar with tear-off element designed on the end surface, a device for pour element extension outside of decorating collar as well as a device with the liquid fixed dosing modes with pre-set volume and of free pouring depending on the extension of the pour element in rotational movement of the decorating collar after the first opening.
