Provided is a spoon for health care including a food support unit supporting food; a handle unit connected to the food support unit; a sensor unit detecting information on the food contained in the food support unit; a display unit installed on the handle unit; a power unit installed in the handle unit; and a control unit installed in the handle unit. The sensor unit includes at least one selected in a group comprising a sodium sensor, a weight sensor, a temperature sensor, an acceleration sensor, and a gyro sensor. The control unit displays a sensing value of the sensor unit through the display unit. |
