PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of purification of contaminated soil.SOLUTION: When water in an aquifer 12 becomes warm water H, a purification device 112 purifies the warm water H including contaminants pumped up from the aquifer 12 through a first well steel pipe 240 for a well 120. When volatile contaminants are evaporated by feeding air to improve the quality of water, the efficiency of purification of contaminated soil is improved if the contaminated soil is purified with the warm water H in the purification device 112 because the volatile contaminants are more easily evaporated at higher temperature. In addition, even when a purification agent is added and reacted to improve the water quality, the efficiency of purification of the contaminated soil is improved because the higher temperature, the faster reaction rate. In other words, when the contaminated soil is purified with the warm water H, the purification efficiency is improved and the purification is accelerated. |
