PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device for a solar cell module capable of detecting damage of a workpiece caused by laminate processing on early stage and having high maintainability, and a manufacturing method of a solar cell module.SOLUTION: The manufacturing device comprises: a laminator body part which applies laminate processing for encapsulation using an encapsulation material for encapsulating a solar cell to a workpiece 5 in which the solar cell, the encapsulation material and a translucent substrate are laminated; and a carrier part including a carrier sheet 8 on which the workpiece 5 is placed, for carrying the workpiece 5 by moving the carrier sheet 8; a support mechanism provided within the laminator body part for supporting the workpiece 5 via the carrier sheet 8 in the state where the carrier sheet 8 is pushed up from a lower side by driving; and a damage detection part for detecting damage of the workpiece 5 on the basis of weight distribution of the workpiece 5 supported by the support mechanism. |
