PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract an evaluation expression for accurately analyzing a document described about an object to be analyzed.SOLUTION: An evaluation expression extraction part 12 extracts the same words with evaluation expressions included in an evaluation dictionary 20 in which an evaluation expression as words representing an evaluation and the evaluation represented with the evaluation expression are made to correspond to each other from an input document described about an object to be analyzed and having been subjected to morphological analysis. An evaluation expression deletion part 14 deletes words indicative of the object to be analyzed from evaluation expressions extracted by the evaluation expression extraction part 12.
