PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variety of power control functions including lighting control and power control relay switching.SOLUTION: A plurality of control modules 14, 16, 18 provide a variety of power control functions including use detection, ambient light level detection, manual touch switch (push button) preset station, lighting control, and power control relay switching. A local area network 12 supplies DC working power, and communicates a program instruction and a control module state information signal with all the network control modules 14, 16, 18. The one or more control modules 14, 16, 18 include an infrared signal sensor, a laser signal sensor, a signal decoder, a data micro-controller, a parameter lookup table, and a multiple light emitting diode (LED). The LED is used to show a program mode, or supply sensor feedback, or show a device state.
