METHOD OF SPORTSMAN TRAINING

The invention relates to water sports, in particular, to water jumps and can be used when training tricks by sportsmen in water sports and wakeboarding. The proposed method of sportsmen training comprises towing a sportsman over water surface on a gliding body, mainly a wakeboard, a jump on wave or a jumping board and landing on water on an air cushion being towed on water surface. Such method of training allows to secure a sportsman falling after a jump by limiting to minimum a number of traumas in the process of training, to preserve manual power for further training, and to use training time efficiently.
