A method and an apparatus for controlling cell-to-cell interference are provided. The present invention comprises the steps of: receiving a WiFi signal including interference control information from a neighboring cell; transmitting the interference control information to a small cell transceiving module; and transmitting or receiving a small cell signal by controlling the cell-to-cell interference based on the interference control information.
