PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game ball transfer device capable of suppressing inconvenience in which a game ball is left without being transferred thereinside.SOLUTION: In a game ball transfer device, a game ball alignment guide member 120 includes: a flow passage formation member 47 formed with a plurality of stripes of guide groove parts 46 on the surface facing an endless belt 20 side along a transfer direction of game balls, aligning the game balls by the guide groove parts 46, and being able to transfer the game balls to a pinch member; an alignment base member 121 attached with the flow passage formation member 47; and flow passage energizing members 49 energizing the flow passage formation member 47 in a state of being attached to the alignment base member 121 toward the endless belt 20. The alignment base member 121 includes: flow passage pressing parts 122 pressing both end parts in the width direction orthogonal to the transfer direction of the game balls of the flow passage formation member 47 from the endless belt 20 side; and movement permission openings 124 and base locking implements 57 which are flow passage gap adjustment means capable of adjusting a gap between the flow passage formation member 47 and the endless belt 20. |
