PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve ion exchange efficiency, and to improve durability, reduce the number of components and cut back maintenance man-hours, and further to suppress the mixing of air into water as much as possible.SOLUTION: A control device 22 constituting a fuel cell system 10 is provided with: a conductivity comparison unit 194 for comparing the electric conductivity of water inside an ion exchange device 78 measured by an electric conductivity meter 164 with a range of preset electric conductivities; and an ion exchange environment determination unit 196 for discretionarily determining, on the basis of the result of comparison by the conductivity comparison unit 194, whether or not air is mixed into the inside of the ion exchange device 78, and whether or not the ion exchange efficiency of the ion exchange device 78 has declined. |
