PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve desired decoration by decorative members on an outside periphery side of a display area.SOLUTION: A device 1 includes: a display plate 10 for displaying vehicle information in a display area 12; a translucent decorative member 70 provided in front of the display plate 10 for decorating the display area 12 from an outer periphery side by emitting light on receiving illumination; and a control circuit 80 for controlling the illumination state of the decorative member 70. The decorative member 70 has an annular decorative area 72 provided annularly along the display area 12 and illuminated by a first light source light L1 conducted from an inner periphery side and an illumination area 74 provided on the outer periphery side of the annular decorative area 72 and capable of being illuminated by the first light source light L1 conducted from the annular decorative area 72 on the inner periphery side as well as being capable of being illuminated by a second light source light L2 conducted from behind. The control circuit 80 sets luminance of the second light source light L2 reaching an illumination area 74 to be higher than the luminance of the first light source light L1 reaching the illumination area 74.
