<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for enabling an air conditioning control by acquiring a temperature change in a vehicle generated by opening a door to be implemented so as to deal with a fluctuation in a diagram.SOLUTION: A vehicle air conditioning control system is a vehicle air conditioning control system for controlling an air conditioner of a vehicle of a railroad, and comprises: an in-vehicle temperature measuring tool measuring an in-vehicle temperature that is an indoor temperature of the vehicle; a door-open-time calculation unit that calculates door open time that is time at which a door of the vehicle is opened at a station on the basis of diagram information on an execution diagram updated and used for operation of a train including the vehicle; a temperature calculation unit that determines a prior control reference temperature that is to serve as a control target in a prior control over an air conditioner of the vehicle on the basis of the in-vehicle temperature and the door open time; and a control timing determination unit that determines prior control start timing that is timing of starting the prior control over the air conditioner on the basis of time at which the train arrives at the station according to the diagram information.</p> |
