Provided is a container-type data center that can be transported in a state where IT instruments are stored thereon. A vibration-isolating base unit (2) that is laid on a floor surface of a storage section of a container (1) is constituted by a lower plate (2a) and an upper plate (2b), and a plurality of vibration-isolating springs (5) are fixed between the plates. The lower plates (2a) of adjacent vibration-isolating base units (2) are fixed together by a lower fixing member (4a), and the upper plates (2b) are fixed together by an upper fixing member (4b). Two racks (3) are placed on each vibration-isolating base unit (2). With this construction, vibration transmitted from the container (1) can be absorbed by the vibration-isolating springs (5), even if the container (1) shakes greatly. In other words, it is possible to prevent the IT instruments from shaking or dropping due to vibration, and to prevent the occurrence of failure, such as the falling-off of internal components, even if the container (1) is transported with the IT instruments etc. stored on the racks (3). |
