<p>An energy-saving continuous roller hearth bright normalising and annealing furnace, comprising a heating chamber (1), a thermal insulation chamber (2), furnace rollers (3), a flue (4) and a residual heat recovery section (5), wherein the heating chamber (1), thermal insulation chamber (2) and residual heat recovery section (5) are connected in sequence, the furnace rollers (3) are mounted in the heating chamber (1), the thermal insulation chamber (2) and the residual heat recovery section (5) via a bearing block (31) outside a furnace wall (32), and a residual heat recovery boiler (6) is on the furnace wall (32) of the residual heat recovery section (5). The residual heat recovery boiler can recover heat from high temperature flue gas and radiant heat energy from products to produce steam; moreover, reduction in the tapping temperature of products can also reduce secondary oxidation burning losses, and improve the quality of the external surface.</p> |
