<p>The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing a filament by recycling a rope which is disposed as waste and the filament thereof, and the main elements of the present invention comprise: a waste rope supply device for supplying a waste rope by cutting the same; a filament-forming device provided at the back of the waste rope supply device and having a housing and a main cylinder (100) provided with the teeth of a saw on the outer surface of a cylinder; and a filament-discharging device provided at the back of the filament-forming device. Thus, a device capable of forming a waste rope as a filament such as a thread without changing the material properties thereof such that the waste rope can be recycled as a filament material, and the filament thereof have been developed.</p> |
