<p>A biocompatible fluorescent mixed gold-silver cluster, preparation method and bioapplication thereof, the mixed gold-silver cluster being represented by general formula (1) [AuxAg25-X(R2 3)10(R1)5M2] or general formula (2) [AuxAg25-X(R2 3)10(R1)5M2]LZ; the preparation method comprises: respectively synthesizing a gold nano cluster (intermediate I) protected by organophosphorus, and alkyl silver sulfide (intermediate II); and synthesizing the intermediate I and the intermediate II into a mixed gold-silver cluster, the mixed gold-silver cluster being used in the imaging of cells and biological components.</p> |
