THE ANTICRIME SYSTEM IN A SCHOOL ZONE

The present invention relates to a performance improvement system for a CCTV surveillance apparatus in a school zone. An integrated control server stores a photographed video, a color still image, and a see-through vision still image of a tracking camera, and transmits a photographed video of an omnidirectional surveillance camera to a main server in an integrated security center via a network. The integrated control server extracts a human face from the photographed video; extracting a facial contour using a face recognition program; encodes the coordinates of the contour; and transmits only the encoded code to the main server in the integrated security center. The main server in the integrated security center compares the received code with the facial contour coordinates of wanted criminals and sex offenders, and controls an event to occur and an event photographed image to pop up on a monitor in the integrated security center when the received code is matched to the coordinates of wanted criminals and sex offenders.
