PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve press formability of a front pillar, and to achieve high intensity of the front pillar and a hood range reinforcement without using a conventional bulk head or the like, for achieving sufficient collision performance with respect to full lap front collision accident, offset front collision accident, and small lap front collision accident, for suppressing collapse deformation of inside of a vehicle, and to achieve lightweight of the vehicle body.SOLUTION: A hood ridge reinforcement side extension piece part 7a extending toward a vehicle body rear direction side and whose rear end part reaches to a door opening part 8 is formed on a hood ridge reinforcement 7 in an integrated state. The hood ridge reinforcement side extension piece part 7a is included between a front pillar upper 4 and a front pillar lower 5 formed by dividing a front pillar 3 into two parts in a vehicle body vertical direction, and is coupled, for forming a front pillar middle 6. |
