PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an image by suitably combining a plurality of images photographed by photographing means.SOLUTION: An image processing unit 30 is applied to and mounted on a vehicle including cameras 11 and 12 which photograph a prescribed range at a periphery of the vehicle and an on-vehicle monitor 40 for displaying an image photographed by the cameras 11 and 12. The image processing unit 30 generates a display image to be displayed on the on-vehicle monitor 40 by combining a plurality of photographed images photographed by the cameras 11 and 12. When the display image is generated, deviation between the images at a combining part of the plurality of photographed images in the display image is calculated, and the display image is corrected on the basis of the deviation. The corrected display image is displayed on the on-vehicle monitor 40. |
