<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body having fine protrusions and recessions on the surface, having a certain diffusion angle even in a direction orthogonal to a main diffusion direction while maintaining a diffusion angle in the main diffusion direction when used as an optical diffuser and also easily manufactured, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A body having fine protrusions and recessions on the surface is a light diffuse sheet 10, etc., having fine protrusions and recessions formed on at least a part of the surface. The fine protrusions and recessions meander in non parallel to each other, consist of a plurality of protrusion line parts 13a irregularly formed and recession line parts 13b between the plurality of protrusion line parts, and have a wavy uneven pattern 13 having the most frequent pitch of 3-20μm and a lot of protrusions and recessions 14 formed on the wavy uneven pattern 13 and having the most apparent frequent diameter of 1-10μm.</p> |
