<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate mismatch of output voltage between two modes, in a switching regulator capable of switching the PWM mode and the PFM mode.SOLUTION: A voltage source 10 generates a reference voltage Vand can set the level of the reference voltage Vindividually in a first mode and a second mode. An amplifier 20 is configured (i) to amplify the error between a feedback voltage Vcorresponding to the output voltage Vof a switching regulator 100 and the reference voltage V, and to output a threshold voltage Vcorresponding to the error, in the first mode, and (ii) to output a threshold voltage Vcorresponding to the reference voltage V, in the second mode.</p> |
