PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce a content acquired from a server by executing processing that a media framework of an OS cannot execute on the content, without changing existing elements including the media framework.SOLUTION: A communication terminal having a media framework comprises: a first content request unit which generates a destination by adding root information to a specific address showing the communication terminal and transfers a content request including the destination to the media framework, when receiving an instruction to reproduce a content included in a server; and a content acquisition unit which requests the content of the server when receiving a GET Request including the destination of the specific address and root information from the media framework, executes content processing that the media framework cannot execute on the content acquired from the server, and transmits the processed content obtained by executing the content processing to the media framework as a GET Response to the GET Request.
