1. A wireless set top box (STB) comprising:
a plurality of radio network receivers for processing at least an IPTV signal over a first broadband link to a first radio network and a second broadband link to a second radio network, where the first and second broadband links are between the wireless STB and a wide area network; multiple antennas for processing the information delivered to the STB in order to identify a strongest signal received for capturing plural downstream transmissions on dedicated receivers using a plurality of modem technologies without the use of wires to the home; wherein the plural downstream transmissions are emitted from at least one base station; a processor to establish, based on at least one of predefined metrics and priority schemes, data traffic links to at least two of the plurality of modem technologies simultaneously; and a transmitter for transmitting a wireless signal to at least one other device.
