An array substrate and a display device comprising the array substrate. The array substrate comprises a substrate, a plurality of scanning lines (Ga, 21) and a plurality of data lines (Dr, 4), which are crisscrossed on the substrate, and a plurality of sub-pixel regions uniformly arranged, wherein two adjacent rows of sub-pixel regions are taken as a pixel row group, so as to form a plurality of pixel row groups arranged length-wise, two scanning lines (Ga, 21) are arranged between two rows of sub-pixel regions in each pixel row group and/or every two adjacent pixel row groups, and the two scanning lines partially overlap (22b) and are insulated from each other; alternatively, two adjacent columns of sub-pixel regions are taken as a pixel column group, so as to form a plurality of pixel column groups arranged laterally, two data lines (Dr) are arranged between two columns of sub-pixel regions in each pixel column group and/or between every two adjacent pixel column groups, and the two data lines (Dr) are partially overlapped and are insulated from each other. The array substrate has a high aperture opening ratio. |
