Disclosed are a determination method and device for the human reliability of a working personnel of a digital master control room. The method comprises: determining a failure probability of a working personnel on each stage of a task response or determining the failure probability of different types of working personnel; and determining a total failure probability in accordance with the above-mentioned failure probabilities. The present invention realizes an analysis of the human reliability of the working personnel of the digital master control room.
