A terminal apparatus for executing a radio application (RA) and a multi radio interface are disclosed. The terminal apparatus for executing a radio application comprises: a communications service layer (CSL) which operates in an application processor or a radio processor and supplies at least one among an administrative service, an access control service, and a data flow service of the radio application; a radio control framework (RCF) which operates in the application processor or the radio processor and supplies an operating environment of the radio application by being linked with the communication service layer; and a multi radio interface through which the communications service layer and the radio control framework interact with each other.
