PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent excessive charge/discharge to be conducted to a battery when a battery controller for detecting the battery state is broken.SOLUTION: A battery charge/discharge control device includes: a battery controller 10 for controlling charge/discharge of a battery; a charge/discharge control section 22 which controls an inverter and an engine and controls the charge/discharge of the battery on the basis of information from the battery controller 10; an inverter DC voltage sensor 15 which detects the driving state of the inverter; and a charge/discharge control amount calculation section 30 which determines if the battery controller 10 is broken. The charge/discharge control section 22 controls the charge/discharge of a battery pack on the basis of the driving state of the inverter, which is detected by the inverter DC voltage sensor 15, when the charge/discharge control amount calculation section 30 determines that the battery controller 10 is broken. |
