PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of increasing the opening ratio of a pixel by forming plural contact holes within a large diameter contact hole.SOLUTION: The display device has: a transistor; a pixel electrode disposed above the transistor being interposed by a first protection film and a second protection film; and plural pixels disposed in a matrix including the same. The pixel electrodes of two pixels neighboring to each other in a row direction in the plural pixels are connected to the respective source electrodes of the corresponding two pixels via second and third contact holes, each of which is formed in a first protection film within a first contact hole which is formed in the second protection film.
